4) A 1940's Harley XA which was manufactured for the war in Africa.

5) A Harley servicar.

6) Homemade ice cutter, made during the Depresssion from an old Harley.

7) An old Indian trike with enclosed box and awning.

Thank you for stoping by!

1987. My trip from Florida to Michigan to California and back to Michigan.Picture

1.Coffeyville Kansas at the grave of the Dalton gang. That pipe is the hitching rail that they had their horses tied to when they were trying to rob two banks at the same time. They have a real good museum in town too, I took the next two pictures in the museum, first shows the four dead outlaws and Grat Dalton in the top left corner, he lived, their guns and things are in the display cases you can see, the next picture is the same kind of hearse that took the gang to the grave yard. One guy was taken some place else.

2. Main street in Dodge City, Kansas, the old west town.

3. Wax people in the museum in Dodge City, yea I know the woman looks real but she is not.

4. A river along side of the road on the east side of Colorado as I was just getting into the Rocky Mountians.

5. A big wood carving in Loveland Colorado.

6.Alot of snow in back of my bike at the top of the Rocky Mountians in Estas Park Colorado.

7. The Grand Canyon in Arizona.

8. Hoover Dam, I rode right across it.

9. Down town Las Vagas.

10. The Golden Gate Bridge in Sanfrancisco, I rode across it too, the steel grate jerked around my bike real bad.

11. Northern California.

12. Around 1982,a Harley sidecar pulling a trailer. The guy worked selling t-shirts at motorcycle events with his dog, I saw him at this Abate field meet in south west Michigan.

13. A Harley outfit pulling a trailer and the mans wife and son, I saw him at the Abate field meet in Flint Michigan around 1984, I asked him how it pulled all that load up hill and he said real slow. He was the first sidecar owner I ever talked to and the first sidecar I got to see up close.

14. Same field meet, my bike and tent on the left side by the lake.

15. 1987-I was riding with these guys coming back from bike week in Daytona, Hammer broke down and Kraut with the sidecar is helping him fix his bike. Those white paint slash marks are a count of all the times his dogs have bite a person that got to close to the sidecar. I still see him riding the same outfit and just saw him on You-Tube.

16.1987 My bike somewhere in Tennessee going to Michigan.

17. At the James Dean musume in his home town of Fairmount Indiana.

18. Grave of James Dean just out side of town. People leave poems and letters and stuff for him, some even take a hammer to his grave stone to chip off some as a keep sake.

19) Me and my Shovelhead on vacation in Michigan in 2000, preparing to head back to Florida in the rain!

20) 1987 - Panning for gold in Delta, Colorado in the ice cold water made from the melting snow in the Rocky Mountains.

21-22) 1987 - Riding through the redwood trees in northern California.  The biggest trees you will ever see!

Please take a look at our sidecar clothes: sidecar t-shirts, embroidered sidecar hats and bumperstickers.
